Help & FAQ

Can't find an answer? We usually reply within a day.

What does “enhance” actually do?

It shapes the space around your piano — adding room depth, warmth and natural reverb — while keeping every note you played. It is designed to give dry recordings a warmer, more finished presentation.

Will it change the notes I played?

No. Enhancement only shapes the room and tone. Your performance — timing, dynamics, every note — stays exactly as you played it. Hold the waveform any time to hear your untouched raw take.

Do I need an account to use it?

No. You can record, enhance and keep takes without signing up. An account (if added later) would only be for syncing across devices.

Does my audio leave my phone?

No. Recordings stay on your device, and enhancement runs on your device. Nothing is uploaded to Jiemo Studio servers unless you choose to share or export a file to another app yourself.

Can I use an external microphone or audio interface?

Yes. Plug in a USB mic or interface and Piano Enhancer captures it in full quality. It even keeps recording if the cable bumps loose, saving what it has.

What's “auto-organise” and key detection?

When you stop, the app detects the musical key and tries to recognise the piece, then files the take under the right work in your library — so your recordings stay organised without any effort from you.

How do I share a take?

Open any take and choose Share. Export a styled video reel (great for socials) or clean audio (M4A) to send anywhere.

Is it free?

Piano Enhancer is free to try. Unlocking the full app is a one-time purchase — there's no subscription. The price is shown in the app before you buy.

Is it available now?

Yes — Piano Enhancer is live now on Android, free to try on Google Play. An iOS version may follow; join the list and we'll email you when it's ready.
